Pike's Loves Our Clients:
Dear Ms. Weaver,
Hello, my name is BC and I was a guest at Pike's on Tues
Sept. 7 2009. I stay at your hotel on business about 10 times a year and
I am very pleased with the service. When I last stayed there on Sept 7,
I accidentally left my cell phone charger plugged in to the wall socket
behind the right nightstand in room 345. I didn't realize it was missing
until a couple of days ago. I realize it has been a week, and it is
probably long gone, but if you could check with your pleasant staff to
see if they found it, it would be greatly appreciated. It was a black
cell phone charger for a Verizon Motorola phone.
On a lighter note, I wanted to commend you on your staff on their
excellent service. The personnel at the front desk have always been very
helpful and courteous. There was a young lady named Hannah working at
the front desk when I checked in who was very helpful and efficient
(especially since my flight came in late and I was beat). She recognized
me as a returning customer, made the check in experience easy, and made
me feel welcomed at you Hotel. I really appreciated that. Please thank
your staff for me and keep up the good work.
PS. If by chance, you do find the charger, please give me a call at
907- or call my cell 907- and leave a message. If you
can't find my cell phone charger that's OK too. I still plan on staying
at your Hotel in the future.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks again!
B. C. from
Fort Greely, Alaska
Note: We did find the charger!
Pike's Loves Dogs- See our customer letter received July 6, 2009.
Riley and I had a wonderful time staying at Pike's this past weekend. Your hotel and staff are so accommodating to guests with pets and we appreciate it! We were amazed that there were so many canine guests this weekend and so many, like us, were not there for the dog agility show. They (and we) were there just because we love staying at Pikes!
Riley was also very appreciative of how busy your hotel was. There were so many guests there who missed their dogs so he added "giving tourists love and attention" to his duties as a trained Therapy Dog.
We also want to thank your nighttime staff for accommodating Riley's desire to have a bedtime cookie after our last walk of the evening. Each night, he would stop by for his night time treat!
I snapped a few photos and am attaching them. NOTE: I did not post them.)
We will be back on the 16th of July and look forward to that visit!
Toni and Riley
