Binkley Room
Room Size: 2,800 square feet
Capacity: 180 theater | 160 banquet | 120 classroom | 250 reception
Ursula, our Food Services and Catering Manager, can create a unique menu and decorations for your event in the Binkley Room. While the Binkley Room has more availability in the wintertime (Shown in the image to the left), we can accommodate events in the summer.

Capacity: 60 theater | 50 banquet | 40 classroom | 80 reception
This is a lovely space suitable for smaller meetings. The image to the left shows the room set up for a casual private dinner in the summer.

Room Size: 1925 square feet
Capacity: 120 theater | 70 banquet | 80 classroom | 150 reception
This is a lovely space suitable for medium to larger meetings. The image to the left shows the room set up for a casual private dinner/reception in the winter.
Copper meeting room
Room Size: 1,210 square feet
Capacity: 60 theater | 50 banquet | 40 classroom | 70 reception
This is a versatile meeting room. While it is above ground, it has small enough windows so that it is easy to darken the room for presentations and provide fewer distractions for tests. It is located off the second floor balcony so has a pleasant view of the lobby.
alyeska board room
Room Size: 546 square feet
Capacity: 15 banquet | 15 classroom | 20 reception
Plush leather chairs, a gorgeous wood table and original art make this an exceptional meeting space.
Outdoor receptions
Room Size: Many square feet;tent is about 3,200 square feet.
We offer several options for outdoor receptions. Weddings in particular are lovely in this special setting next to the Chena River. This option is for summertime only!

Room Size: 2,400 square feet
Capacity: 40 theater | 40 banquet | 40 classroom | 60 reception
This has very limited availability due to the hydroponics that now dominate the room.

Bed and Breakfast Available through August 20, 2012 based on availability. Includes two full hot buffet breakfast per day per room.
