FAIRBANKS DINING AT PIKE'S LANDING
Pike's Landing is a Fairbanks restaurant landmark and has mouth-watering specialties prepared by some of Alaska's best chefs. Open year round, Pike's Landing features traditional Alaska fish and seafood specialties in a casual and relaxed atmosphere. Located right next door to Pike's Waterfront Lodge, the outdoor patio is open from spring until moose-hunting season. In winter, come indoors for delicious meals and great views of cars, trucks and snow machines traveling the Chena River Ice Road. You may look at current menus at their website: Pike's Landing Casual Dining.
At the Lodge
The Binkley Room overlooks the Chena River, open summers for a hot and cold buffet breakfast and a buffet dinner from Sunday to Wednesday. You may dine outdoors on warm, summer days. The Captain's Lounge, named after Riverboat Discovery Captain Jim Binkley, is a quiet place to relax and enjoy a draft Alaska beer or your beverage of choice. Pikes Waterfront Lodge does offer a complimentary continental buffet breakfast for Lodge guests from mid September to mid May.

"Stayed here for one night prior to a flight home from Fairbanks. Wonderful hotel with much charisma and character. Rooms are very big and have a nice view the water behind the hotel. The restaurant was absolutely excellent and would highly recommend it. Snow was still everywhere when I was there and it was beautiful, but I can imagine when the water is flowing during the summer time that this place is even more spectacular. Highly recommend!"Tyler from Alabama
